Richmond (Yorks) Bowls Club
The Green is located in Ronaldshay Park, Quakers Lane, Richmond (behind the Cricket Club) and is open to the public during the playing season from 1pm to dusk Monday to Friday and all day at weekends. Visitors are always welcome.
The cost for non-members is £2.50 per two hour session. Bowls and shoes are available for loan.
Membership is open to all sections of the public and all ranges of capabilities are catered for.
Membership is currently £50 per annum. Members have the opportunity to take part in the club's weekend competitions, which are only open to paid up members.
The ladies have their own section which plays in the Darlington and District afternoon and evening Leagues and the Darlington and District Club Competitions. The men's teams play in the Darlington and District Men's and Veterans' Leagues. Both men and ladies play in the mixed JSW League. The club also takes part in a number of Friendly games, also mixed, during the season and plays host to the County Patrons and visiting touring teams.
The Club is affiliated to the EBA and YCBA.
New members are always welcome, so come and join us and enjoy the friendly, sociable company and the healthy activity that is bowls.
