A CAP Release Group is a safe and confidential place where members can openly discuss and learn to break free from habits that constrict them, be that smoking, gambling, drinking, drugs etc.
CAP Release Richmond
CAP Release Richmond will run 3 separate groups over the course of the year. A CAP Release Group is a safe and confidential place where members can openly discuss and learn to break free from habits that constrict them, be that smoking, gambling, drinking, drugs etc. A CAP Release Group consists of an 8 week course which guides the group through the necessary steps on how to free themselves from dependency and set positive goals toward a life of freedom. Alongside and following the course there are opportunities for individual one to one coaching and also to meet up in a social setting and get to know and socialise with members of the group. These groups are completely FREE to attend but we can only accommodate a maximum of 12 members in each group, so those wishing to attend will need to sign up in advance through the contact information below.
If people are unsure of what to expect from a CAP Release Group or they would like to find out about groups on behalf of someone else, we will be running an awareness evening 1 week before each group starts. This awareness evening is open to all and comes with no onward commitment to join a group. The first of these evenings will take place on January 14th at Influence Church, Victoria Road, Richmond starting at 7:00 pm.
