One year later -
Anti-scour measures and flood channels being constructed
07/06 Left - Exactly a year since the parapet collapse, the bridge rebuilt.
Below left - Anti scour measures are being constructed, using large boulders, around each pier and are then covered with cobbles set in concrete for a 'sympathetic' appearance.
 
07/06 Above right - A blanket of concrete with inset with cobbles as part of the anti scour and flood control measures.
Left - The flood channel with new raised footpath. the same measures will be constructed on the Richmond side of the bridge.
