Five artists with very different styles and techniques are gathering at The Station in Richmond over Christmas and New Year.
Local photographer Garry Brannigan fills the mezzanine gallery with his landscapes, whilst Ian McIntyre, Hilke MacIntyre, Gina Morton and Amrik Varkalis bring ceramics, miniatures, watercolours, acrylics and printwork to the ground floor, creating a vibrant and eclectic exhibition for the festive season.
“It’s a real joy to have the work of so many artists on show here for the next five weeks,” says gallery co-ordinator, Thea Treweek. “The fact that they all use a wide range of media is makes for a really diverse and interesting exhibition. It could make The Station the perfect place to pick up a fantastic Christmas gift for someone special, or even to treat yourself!”
There will be more than 100 pieces of work on show, and for sale from just £25.
The ‘Convergence’ exhibition runs until 8 January.
