Zetland Estates Set To Open New Business Hub in Richmond
Wednesday, May 27, 2015
A new business hub is set to open up in the heart of Richmond this summer, offering high quality yet cost effective working space.
The former church on Dundas Street, a unique and exciting space, is being converted into six small offices to create the Zetland Square Business Centre. Flexible lease terms, superfast broadband, and a highly competitive, all-inclusive price will be offered.
Zetland Estates is a leading example of rural regeneration in North Yorkshire. Aske sets the benchmark for estate commercialisation; initially with the renovation & conversion of the Aske Stables and then the subsequent opening of offices created out of converted estate buildings.
Randall Orchard Construction, Richmond’s premier building contractor, is carrying out the conversion works on behalf of Zetland Estates. Speaking about the development, Lord Ronaldshay from Zetland Estates said: “we know from our experience at Aske that there is demand for small scale, quality office space in the Richmond area and I’m confident the Zetland Square Business Centre will enable local entrepreneurs to prosper and grow their businesses”.
