The Batts, Richmond - setting up for Richmond Live.
For the 14th year running a live music event will be taking over the Batts in Richmond this weekend.
The festival, which has grown considerably over the years, kicks off with four piece rock band Sky:line at 5pm on Friday and continues throughout the evening with other bands from around the region until 11pm.
Headlining the event on the Saturday evening will be The Hoosiers who's first single "Worried About Ray" reached number 5 in the UK Singles Chart in July 2007. They will be on the main stage at 9.45pm.
One of the organisers, Anne Frizell, said: "There are a lot of different bands coming this year so we’re all looking forward to a great show and hopefully a great turnout too.
"We would also like to thank all the local businesses in the town who support Richmond Live each year, their help is invaluable," she continued.
Richmond Live is a not-for-profit event and relies on volunteers and sponsors, as well as council support. Entry is £3 on Friday evening and £5 on Saturday which starts at noon. All proceeds will go towards next year's event.
