The Station in Richmond is holding a traditional style Easter Fair on Easter bank holiday weekend which will bring The Station to life for both children and adults alike.
There will be high quality craft and gift stalls selling handmade objects and unique gifts and Easter themed activities such as ‘Bat the egg,' ‘Easter egg shy’ and an Easter egg and spoon race.
Ten Easter Bunnies will be hidden around The Station, inside and out, for youngsters to spot and win their own little chocolate bunny.
The Easter Fair is the first of a series of events for The Station in 2012 which will include summer and Christmas fairs. All money raised at the events will be donated to the charity appeal ‘Light up The Station at Christmas’ which is aiming to raise money to buy Christmas decorations for The Station.
The Easter event is on Saturday 7th, Sunday 8th and Monday 9th April from 10.30am to 4.30pm. Entry is free, although there may be a small charge for some activities. For more information about this event please see the ‘What’s On’ section of The Station website: www.richmondstation.com
