A spacious, well presented early 18th century Grade II listed town house, with many original features, in the cobbled centre of historic Richmond.

The accommodation consists of a large lounge, fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room.
Large lounge with gas fire, two sofas, TV/DVD, Radio/CD player, books and games. This tastefully decorated room looks out onto the cobbled square. The fully fitted oak kitchen is entered by either the lounge or the hallway. Integrated appliances include an electric oven, halogen hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a microwave, toaster, iron etc. Wooden flooring.
The separate dining room is entered through an archway from the kitchen. This has a modern oak table and six chairs. Patio doors lead to a small outside area.
Large bedroom with king-sized bed and incorporating double fitted wardrobes, overlooking the square.
Second large bedroom with twin single beds, fitted wardrobes, feature fireplace and also overlooking the square.
Main bathroom consists of WC. Bath, shower, pedestal basin.
The second bathroom is adjacent to a separate dressing room and consists of a corner bath, WC and pedestal basin.
Is a large well-presented attic bedroom with original beams. Two single beds.
There is gas central heating throughout.
Price includes all bed linen, towels, gas and electricity.
