Richmond

Three self contained holiday apartments with their own entrance in The Grove, a large Georgian Mansion in the centre of Richmond with views to the countryside. Two family apartments on the second floor and one luxury apartment on the ground floor.

The Easby. Family apartment - 2 to 4 persons. The second floor accommodation consists of own entrance hall, 1 bedroom with single and double bed, large sitting room with 3 piece suite and occasional double divan, dining/kitchen and bathroom with toilet. Services include 2 gas fires, fan heater, ample hot water, gas cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, colour TV, private parking and a rear courtyard area with garden furniture. Price inclusive of all services - low season £170 per week to high season £340 per week.

The Castle. Family apartment - 2 to 4 persons. This second floor apartment has similar accommodation to The Easby although is grander with views of Richmond Castle. Price inclusive of all services - low season £170 per week to high season 340 per week.

The Garden. Luxury apartment - 2 persons. This ground floor apartment has easy access from the rear courtyard and consists of a small kitchen, spacious sitting/dining room, bathroom with toilet, and a large bedroom with either king-size or twin beds on request. Services include gas fired central heating and ample hot water, gas cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, colour TV, shaver point, private parking and rear courtyard with garden furniture. Price inclusive of all services - low season £180 per week to high season £360 per week.

Marrick

Old Vicarage Farm, Marrick is a spacious family residence for ten persons, situated some 10 miles up the Swale Valley from Richmond. The Vicarage has magnificent views across the valley and is surrounded by its own hill farm land.

Accommodation consists of large sitting room with open fire, large dining room with mahogany dining table and oak Victorian chairs, small study, large working farmhouse kitchen with "workers" table and chairs, utility room with washing and drying facilities. There are 5 bedrooms, the master bedroom with king-sized four poster, two with brass double beds, one with king size or twin beds optional, and the last with twin single beds. There are two full bathrooms with toilets, one with bidet and a separate shower room.

Services include gas central heating, open fires in sitting room and dining room, two TV sets and a VCR, telephone (international on request), gas cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer etc. The house is in a large lawned garden of about 1 acre with garden furniture and a small pond and a kitchen garden. Well controlled pets are welcome and special arrangements can be made for horses.

Bookings are from Sunday to Sunday but special arrangements can be made by mutual discussion.
Price inclusive of all services - April to October (inclusive) low season £680 per week to high season £1150 per week.
