Richmondshire Ramblers

We are a friendly group of walkers who are always pleased to welcome new  members and visitors to the area. We offer regular Sunday walks ranging from 8 to 14 miles and shorter midweek walks. The meeting point for our walks is Nun’s Close car park, Richmond DL10 4UN.

Being based in Richmond we have access to The Yorkshire Dales National Park, Teesdale, The North Yorkshire Moors and The Howgill Fells. We have an annual walking holiday abroad as well as weekend trips within the UK

Anyone may join us on a walk but with the expectation that they become a member of Ramblers after three walks.

Why not join us?

Ramblers is a charity whose goal is to protect the countryside to enable people to enjoy the sense of freedom and the benefits that come from being outdoors on foot. Walking is a great way to get outside, make new friends and discover how walking boosts your health and happiness.

Further information and contact details can be found on our website

Alternatively, printed copies of the programme are available from Richmond and other local libraries.
