Christians in Richmond

Christians in Richmond, from various churches and faith traditions, share long-standing friendships and often meet together for the Mission of God in the town.

This enables Christians of all traditions to explore the Christian faith together; to worship together; to share in outreach to the local community; to exchange information about the work of local churches; and to co-ordinate their response to situations of need

Shared prayers are held in Holy Trinity Church at 12 noon on the first Thursday of each month, and during Holy Week. Holy Trinity Church is open daily in August for meditation. Weekly study groups take place in Lent. On Good Friday, there is a Walk of Witness through Richmond town centre. During the week of Prayer for Christian Unity (in January), there are Prayers in Holy Trinity Church & an Agape meal. Christians throughout the town work together to support Christian Aid Week.

All are most welcome to share in these activities, so please contact any of the local churches to find out more.
