The Indoor Market is also home to the Richmond Information Centre, for all your information needs, plus a great range of books and maps.

There’s nothing quite like market day in Richmond. Every Saturday, the historic cobbled Market Place bursts into life as traders set up their colourful stalls for the much-loved Outdoor Market. Here you’ll find a wonderful mix of fresh produce, flowers, baked goods, clothing, crafts, and household items, all delivered with that unmistakable Yorkshire friendliness.

A much smaller market takes place on Wednesdays.

The market has long been a meeting place for locals and visitors alike, where you can enjoy the simple pleasure of shopping in the open air, chatting to stallholders, and discovering quality goods from across the region. From May to November, enjoy a Twilight Market in Richmond's historic cobbled Market Place - last Saturday of the month, from 5pm-9pm.

Browse the stalls, snap up tasty food and drink, and enjoy a bit of live entertainment.
