Step aside, Royal Academy, look out for the ever popular feature of the Summer season with the Spot on the Wall exhibition at The Station Richmond.

The Station has recently announced the return of Summer Spot 2026, an exciting opportunity for artists to exhibit their work during one of the busiest times of the year.

Don't miss your chance to grab a spot - bookings close at 12 noon on Wednesday 13 May 2026.

The exhibition offers artists the chance to showcase their work to the high volume of visitors, both locals and tourists, who head out to spend time in The Station in the summer months. Open to amateur, emerging, and established artists, Summer Spot 2026 welcomes a wide range of media. The exhibition operates on a simple and accessible format, with each artist able to book one “spot” for a single hanging artwork, or alternatively hire a cabinet for non-hanging work.

If you are a budding artist struggling to find a place show your work, take a look at the details on The Station website for this great opportunity to make a start.   Not only do you get the chance to have your work seen, you might also make a sale as all the artwork is available for visitors to buy straight off the exhibition walls.
