Hope Moor Wind Farm is a proposed large-scale development on the moors between Richmond and Barnard Castle. The project could include up to 23 turbines, with a maximum tip height of 200m. The moor itself has a height of about 450m. The project could generate enough clean electricity to power over 135,000 houses and businesses.

The developer's website - hopemoor.co.uk - contains further detail of the proposal. The developer. Fred Olsen Renewables, is keen to get public feedback on what is bound to be a contentious project. You can find the form on the website, or pick up a physical copy at Richmond Information Centre, in the town's Market Hall, or you can email the developers at info@hopemoor.co.uk.

Whether you're for or against, make your voice heard, before 30 June.
